Positive weight rolemodels:

“No-one’s ever told me to lose weight or anything like that. I don’t rely on my t**s to have hits.
“How I look has never been a big part of my life. I’ve never looked at a magazine and thought, ‘That’s how I need to look if I want to be successful in life.’
“If you compare the way I look to big artists like, say, Katy Perry, I’m living proof it’s all about the music because there’s nothing else I’m relying on to do well.
… says Adele.
‘My life is full of drama and I won’t have time to worry about something as petty as what I look like. I don’t like going to the gym.
‘I like eating fine foods and drinking nice wine. Even if I had a really good figure, I don’t think I’d get my t**s and a** out for no one.
‘I love seeing Lady Gaga’s boobs and bum. I love seeing Katy Perry’s boobs and bum. Love it. But that’s not what my music is about. I don’t make music for eyes, I make music for ears.’

The main focus when it comes to woking out should be body and mind cooperating to achieve the “high”. When your jogging/rowing/doing weights etc, and you push your body with the help of your mind, to realise you are part rambo in soul (or chuck norris if you prefer that). Its definately a feeling i love, and it makes me want to keep up working out.
